The one-day crews skip the test and coat right over it. It looks great for a season, then it lets go. We moisture-test every slab before we coat it. If your concrete needs an engineered vapor barrier, we'll know, and we'll tell you straight.

Every floor includes professional diamond-grinding prep and a flake-and-polyaspartic finish. All pricing is finalized after a free on-site moisture test. Prices are starting points for a standard 2-car (about 600 sq ft) garage.
